Daughters of the American Revolution
The female descendants of Grace Browne Stidolph have the right to join the DAR, Daughters of the American Revolution. There are actually two ways that ancestry to a Revolutionary War patriot can be proven, both through Sarah Bertine. Sarah's paternal Grandfather, John Bertine served as a private in the war. Her maternal Grandfather, Joseph Drake was a Captain in the New Rochelle militia.
Both of these patriots have been used, in the past, by others to support DAR membership.
